Currently, we ship worldwide.


3. How long does shipping take?

Orders typically arrive within 7–12 business days after processing. Shipping times may vary slightly based on demand and warehouse location.


4. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to monitor the delivery status in our  track my order page


5. Why did I receive only part of my order?

We may ship items separately to speed up delivery. If part of your order is missing, rest assured—it’s likely on the way!


6. What’s your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in original condition. To start a return, email us at support@vnyss.com with your order number and reason for return.


7. Do you offer refunds?

Yes, eligible items will be refunded within 30 days of delivery once we receive and inspect the return. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless there’s an error on our part.


8. Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can be changed or canceled within 15 minutes of purchase. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@vnyss.com.
